The initial consultation is free, and she is happy to meet with you, talk on the phone or communicate via e-mail to create a general outline of your project.
Ashley is dedicated to helping nonprofit organizations obtain the materials they need to make a difference. She offers special pricing on website and graphic design projects.
HOW IT WORKS:
- You complete a Project Inquiry form.
- She answers any questions you have, chats with you if necessary, and then gets the ball rolling.
- You have a completed website (or any other project) by your deadline!

Billing & Costs
No project is the same, and therefore, each project’s cost is tailored accordingly. Upon request, Ashley will provide a free project estimate. Your contract with her will clearly state the terms and final cost of the project.
Scope Creep
“Scope Creep” is what often happens on projects, where everything looks easy and simple at the beginning, but then new items get added to the initial ideas, and before you know it, you’ve got a huge project on your hands. As a Web and graphic designer, Ashley understands scope creep… and here’s how she handles it:
She and her clients are clear on project boundaries up front, and have a clear sense of what’s involved, and what can be done before the agreed upon deadline. Then, if a client asks for more, Ashley will let you know whether it can happen before deadline, or if it would take time beyond the initial timeframe (and what that would mean, cost-wise).
